For BMO, we demonstrate our values by partnering with organizations that drive social change. Our community sponsorship program helps strengthen the communities we call home. Our sponsorships are broad in scope – from investing in youth, through soccer clubs and Kids Help Phone presented by BMO, to promoting social betterment through our support of events like the Pride and Remembrance Run and BMO Celebrating Women.
BMO is proud to partner with organizations that impact and benefit the communities we serve. This impact is wide-ranging and reflects our customers and their interests.
We created BMO Celebrating Women to recognize and honour extraordinary women for their impact in community and philanthropic giving, business growth, innovation and leadership, and partner with a number of other organizations, like GroYourBiz™ and the Women Presidents’ Organization, to help women business owners strive to reach their goals.
BMO is also the presenting sponsor of Walk so Kids Can Talk, a major fundraising event for Kids Help Phone, Canada’s only 24/7 national support service for youth. The annual fundraising event ensures that hundreds of thousands of young people across the country continue to have access to the crucial counselling resources provided by Kids Help Phone.
BMO is proud to be the Official Bank of the Calgary Stampede for more than 30 years, but we go way back, as a founding partner and sponsor for 106 years. We also sponsor the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, the International Plowing Match & Rural Expo, and have been a proud sponsor of the Canadian Western Agribition for nearly 40 years.
BMO has a long history of sponsoring organizations that support military families. As the Official Bank of the Canadian Defence Community since 2008, BMO is honoured to be the presenting sponsor of the Canada Army Run and the Navy Bike Ride.
