BMO earns 100 on 2020 Disability Equality Index for the fifth year in a row

We are pleased to announce that BMO has received a 100 on this year’s Disability Equality Index (DEI) for the fifth consecutive year, and is also named among the best places to work. DEI is an annual national and transparent benchmarking tool that offers businesses an opportunity to receive an objective score – on a scale of zero to 100 – on their disability inclusion policies and practices.

“We are honoured to earn a 100 on the DEI list for the fifth consecutive year and are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion for all where we can Boldly Grow the Good in business and life,” said Tracie Morris, U.S. Chief Human Resources Officer, BMO Financial Group. “BMO is committed to maintaining an inclusive workplace that recognizes the value and potential of every employee and we are always looking for ways to improve.”

The 2020 DEI measures inclusion criteria including culture and leadership; enterprise-wide access; employment practices (benefits, recruitment, employment, education, retention and advancement, accommodations); community engagement, suppler diversity and non-U.S. operations (non- weighted).
