We are pleased to announce that BMO has received a 100 on this year’s Disability Equality Index (DEI) for the fifth consecutive year, and is also named among the best places to work. DEI is an annual national and transparent benchmarking tool that offers businesses an opportunity to receive an objective score – on a scale of zero to 100 – on their disability inclusion policies and practices.

The 2020 DEI measures inclusion criteria including culture and leadership; enterprise-wide access; employment practices (benefits, recruitment, employment, education, retention and advancement, accommodations); community engagement, suppler diversity and non-U.S. operations (non- weighted).
